Best Before
Cups: If your cocktail was delivered in a cup (typically with the takeaway menu), please consume it on the same day of delivery. If you do not wish to drink it immediately, keep it refrigerated.
Bottles: Expiry date will be on the bottle. For the best taste and better preservation, keep them refrigerated and consume them within 3 days once opened.

All items from our takeaway menu are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Orders placed after 8:00 pm will be delivered on the next working day. Please only order from our takeaway menu if you are located in Basildon, Essex.
Alcohol products with a broken seal cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
Unopened alcoholic spirit products may be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us in advance to obtain the correct return address and instructions. We do not do exchanges for any of our products.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery. Refunds will not be issued for products returned in a damaged condition.
Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Orders placed by individuals under 18 will not be refunded.
If you are located outside of Basildon, Essex, you must select Royal Mail delivery at checkout.
Delivery issues:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.Failed delivery (takeaway menu):
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply. If no one is available we will try again later regarding it is before 8pm.Refund method:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of the arrival of the returned items. The delivery fee will not be refunded.Right to refuse:
